Signing a Memorandum of Understanding with the Caribbean Telecommunications Union

I was pleased to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the Caribbean Telecommunications Union, alongside its Secretary-General, Mr. Rodney Taylor, on behalf of Digital Alliance Global Group.

The agreement sets a framework for collaboration across digital government, cybersecurity, digital identity, artificial intelligence, digital public infrastructure, and digital skills development, in support of the CTU’s mandate to advance the Caribbean’s digital future.

The CTU is the intergovernmental treaty organisation established in 1989 by the Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community to help its 21 member states and territories advance their own digital agendas. The MoU was signed on 9 March 2026 at the CTU Secretariat in Port of Spain, and we met again this month at the Secretariat to begin putting it to work.
