Digital Alliance
Global Group Inc.
DAG (Digital Alliance Global Group) is Dr. Meahjohn’s newest startup, focused on closing the cybersecurity digital governance and gap in Small Island Developing States and emerging economies.
Through DAG, he works with governments, multilateral organisations, and private sector partners on three fronts: advisory engagements that shape national digital strategies, AI governance frameworks, and cybersecurity policies and implementation venture-building that supports technology-enabled startups and incubation programmes in underserved markets; and research translation that turns academic evidence into actionable policy and programme design. DAG operates at the intersection of scholarship and practice.
It is built on Dr. Meahjohn’s two decades of experience in institutional development, entrepreneurship research, and public sector modernisation across the Caribbean and Asia-Pacific. If you are a government, international agency, or organisation working on digital transformation in a developing economy,
DAG may be the right partner, reach out through the Contact page to start a conversation.
What we do
Digital transformation, cybersecurity and AI
DAG works at the intersection of three capabilities that Caribbean governments and enterprises need but struggle to access. We combine them into integrated solutions designed for the specific constraints of Small Island Developing States.
Digital Transformation
End-to-end government and enterprise modernisation, from national digital strategies to service delivery platforms. We use low-code/no-code approaches to accelerate implementation while keeping costs within reach for developing economies.
Cybersecurity
Security leadership, compliance management, threat monitoring, and incident response for organisations that have never had dedicated cybersecurity resources. We make enterprise-grade protection accessible at a fraction of traditional costs.
Artificial Intelligence
AI-powered tools that multiply the impact of limited human resources. From automated threat detection to intelligent policy compliance, we use AI to deliver capabilities that would otherwise require teams Caribbean institutions cannot afford to hire.
Where we serve
Across the Caribbean and beyond
DAG serves governments, multilateral organisations, state enterprises, and the private sector across 20+ Caribbean and Latin American nations. Our partnerships provide institutional access from Belize to Suriname, and from The Bahamas to Trinidad and Tobago.
Government & public sector
Ministries, statutory authorities, and state enterprises digitising citizen services while meeting emerging regulatory and cybersecurity requirements.
Multilateral & development
International organisations and development banks funding digital transformation programmes that require security-first implementation and local expertise.
Private sector & enterprise
Regional businesses, financial institutions, and telecommunications providers navigating an increasingly complex threat landscape without adequate in-house cybersecurity teams.
Small & medium enterprises
The backbone of Caribbean economies, representing thousands of businesses that are digitising operations but have zero access to professional cybersecurity guidance.
